Focus on global creative work
Committed to the creation, dissemination, transmission and awareness of contemporary music, the Regards ensemble is distinguished by a resolutely multidisciplinary artistic approach, combining performing arts, visual arts and new music lutheries.
For the past decade, under the artistic direction of Juan Arroyo and Vincent Trollet, the ensemble has pursued a dynamic commissioning policy, engaging creators from diverse backgrounds while actively fostering the transmission of expertise to young composers and performers through numerous partnerships. Each concert offers a fresh way of experiencing the 21th-century repertoire, placing it in dialogue, contrast, or resonance with contemporary creative work.
The ensemble Regards is frequently invited to perform at prestigious festivals and tours throughout Europe and Latin America. It receives support from institutions such as SACEM, SPEDIDAM, the Institut Français, the Royaumont Foundation, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, and the Maison de la Musique Contemporaine, as well as from the Embassy of Peru in France.
